Eric A. Spencer

A native of Los Angeles, California, Mr. Spencer is an experienced attorney who regularly shares his extensive legal knowledge in a variety of settings. He has published numerous articles and has spoken to many large corporations and organizations. Mr. Spencer has donated his services to the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Pro Bono Program for people with AIDS and for seven years organized and managed the ACLU Mock Trial Program at a local high school.

Mr. Spencer graduated from California State University at Northridge before receiving his law degree from Whittier School of Law. His early legal work focused on business litigation and commercial collections. Over time, he garnered a skill for working on complex cases and drafting contracts and documents for financial institutions. In 1988, he became partner in the firm.

Thomas R. Mulally

Born in Brooklyn, New York, Mr. Mulally has been widely recognized for his skill as a lawyer. He won the Los Angeles County Bar Association Benjamin Aranda award for outstanding public service in June of 2007, and was a finalist for Boss of the Year by the San Fernando Valley Legal Secretaries Association a decade earlier. He also served on the board of directors of the United Association of Equipment Leasing and was a delegate to the State Bar Convention in 1989 and 1990. Like his partner, Mr. Mulally is active in the Los Angeles Bar Association's pro bono program.

Mr. Mulally received his bachelor of arts from Queens College and his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier School of law. At Whittier, Mr. Mulally was named to the prestigious Moot Court Honors Board. He worked on the Big Rock Mesa Landslide litigation, and later, became experienced in commercial litigation and creditors' rights. Mr. Mulally has been a partner in the firm since 1991.
